About Lauren

"I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and educator with over 17 years of experience helping others navigate their emotional world.

While I have undertaken several courses of long-term psychotherapy to better navigate my own, I was left with some unresolved emotions from childhood that were impacting my personal life. This became hard to ignore over the pandemic without distractions to pull my attention away from connecting to myself. I decided to take up a self-analysis to address these emotions and began to feel an ease and happiness in my day to day. But I also began to hear my intuition and experience deep empathy for myself and others, what I've come to understand as guiding forces in life, that up until that point had been covered up by the residue of unresolved emotions from childhood. These spiritual gifts were unexpected and felt profound, ultimately reshaping my view of life.

I've come to believe our time on Earth is about learning how to clear disruptions in the emotional world so that we can access our true nature. Not only does this allow for an easeful and happy existence, it also transforms everything we touch.

The psychoanalytic concepts that guided my self-analysis and the insights about life that followed have revolutionized the way I see and interact with the world and I am passionate about sharing these with you."
